Get one-on-one video tech support from TexPro’s DTF inkjet technician who consults for top inkjet companies and knows CadLink/Fiery Digital Factory inside and out.
• Advanced problem diagnosis & resolution
• Preventative maintenance, operational, and software Training
• We understand inks, PET films, TPU/PES adhesions, printheads, tech, & software – and their correlation
• Access to our consulting services at the same time
• We will teach you how to prevent your issue from reoccurring
• If parts need to be replaced, we will provide or source them
• If your printhead needs professional cleaning, we offer a mail-in printhead cleaning service for most all Epson heads
