We are so happy that we found this ink! The machine manufacturer recommended their ink, but we had nothing but problems for years. We were even told that we should expect print heads to be a commodity and to expect to change them several times a year. TexPro has COMPLETELY changed that! We barely get clogs now, and those are tiny and quickly fixed with just a head cleaning.

The machine prints beautifully, the quality and opacity of the white is great. The colors than we can achieve with the CMYK are vibrant. We had some color calibration issue in the beginning, but Ian helped us get the correct ICC profile installed and now we rarely have to do test prints to check that the colors match our customers logo.

Ian has been absolutely amazing! He came to work on our machine (not one of his) and worked through several problems with us. He was able to fix/adjust things that the tech from the manufacturer told us couldn’t be adjusted. The machine was nothing but a headache for three years and now it’s running like a dream! First off, Ian's customer service is incredible. Anyone dealing with DTF printers understands how hard it can be to get answers to questions and help troubleshooting. Ian answered our questions quickly and helped us decide to try out these inks.

We did a trial run to see how it worked. To say I was impressed is an understatement. The TexPro inks pairs with the icc profile is a game changer! The colors are rich and vibrant, totally changed my confidence in my prints and I was happy using Mimaki inks. We've had less drop outs since switching, happy customers, and BEAUTIFUL prints! We like to stock up because we go through so much, the 2 year expiration is great too, no more expiring inks! And the price difference on top of all that!! Amazing!

If you haven't made the switch I would highly recommend. I honestly can't say enough how happy we are with our inks.

Switched to this white ink after 10+ months of battling Pro-colored white ink...which kept clogging heads. This stuff has the same viscosity as the color inks...and how often do those clog for you? Exactly. If you are having issues with your machine, you can eliminate the white ink being the cause if you are using this stuff.
