If the product is new, has not been opened, installed, tampered with in any manner, and is in the same condition that you received it in, then you can return your item within 30 days for a full refund [minus shipping, taxes, any other fees in your subtotal].

Keep in mind there are several products that are exempt from being returned.

  • Gift cards
  • Software/digital products
  • Custom created or programmed products that were requested even though they were beyond the advice of our technicians, or lacked 100% compatibility by us prior to development.


You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning your item back to us. Shipping costs that were originally charged upon checkout are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.
