This Proof Positive™ All Black Ink Cartridge System converts your Epson 4900's standard cartridge system into an all black 200ml. replaceable cartridge system that's optimized for your All Black / Film Positive / Screen Printing needs.
This cartridge system utilizes reusable and resettable Easy Transfer chip panels so when a cartridge is running low on ink you can simply remove the chip panel from the cartridge, reset the chip with the included chip resetter, and install it onto a new cartridge. Unlike other systems, our system does not have pre-identified cartridges that only work in specific color slots. Instead, our replacement cartridges can be installed in any color slot, since you can install any chip onto any cartridge. This not only reduces your costs by allowing you to reuse the chips, but allows you to purchase a few cartridges and later decide which slot they will be assigned to.
With this All Black Ink Cartridge System you can transform your Epson 4900 printer into a film positive printing machine that runs high-opacity, UV blocking black ink through all 11 ink channels. By utilizing all 11 ink channels for your all-black prints, you will greatly reduce the wear on your printhead as the ink will be equally distributed through all nozzles. This system was designed to reduce your ink cost, as this can be a very costly aspect of screen printing.
This new concept eliminates the costly hassle of needing to buy the correct cartridge for a specific color slot; since all replacement cartridges are identical, you decide which slot its matched to according to the chip you install on it.
